As per AVM, June Case Approved

As per AVM, both my petition and my wife\'s petition are approved on 2/15/2002.

Here are case details:
PD: 3/2000
RD: 6/19/2001
ND: 8/13/2001
FP: 12/08/2001
AD: 2/15/2002
EB2, INDIA
State NJ
EAC 01-244-

We have not received the approval notice yet. We do not know if the AVM message is correct. But we will keep you posted as soon as we receive the approval notice.

Interestingly, on 2/8 the AVM gave a strange message saying that INS received some additional requested information. But neither we nor the lawyer\'s office received any refs.

Congrats, S_r_y, and thanks for posting such a clean complete message with all the relevant detail..

... Tired of sending follow-up messages to folks to cough out more ND/RD/PD/EAC data when their cases get approved.

I am in same boat,with same message on Feb 8 but no RFE.
Except mine is EB3 and PD is May , 1997.
Hope i get it by next week too.
 
Congradulations!!! Very good news. And my guess is vsc is processing Apr/May/Jun

in paralle too. In another word, most June case will get approved this month (Feb)
 
FP....Waiting....too...long

My RD is 07/20/01....Got EAD on 09/05/01......Still waiting on FP.....!!!!

Talked to IIO....informed me that just wait. I am confused....Why is it taking so long when Dec-2001 cases have been cleared for FP ?
Does anyone what to do in this case ?
 
There are almost 9 approvals of june 2001 RDs & 3 july RDs

I have searched and arrived at the above figures if g_17 is true(July RD)
