As my I-485 Case is delayed due to request of evidence and the mail delay issue. I am going to schedule an infopass next week if I don't receive my letter in the mail but I want to visit my family from Canada and my Grandfather is not doing so well so can I apply for Advance Parole?
If so, On Part 7 it askes "On a seperate sheet(s) of Paper, please explain how you Qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered".....I don't understand it, I explained on one of the questons that asked "Why you want to travel outside the U.S.", can someone please help me out?
