So far we have not seen any activity on any case. I have not even seen a LUD update on any case. Has anyone heard anything interesting - like approval or LUD changes or RFEs etc ?
 
No decision after sending reply to RFE (I140)

Reply to RFE (I140) was sent on 12/14/04. Lud changed to 12/17/04. But thereafter no development

I140 and I485 (RD 2/27/04)
FP done 9/21/04
Can I expect any decision before the end of 2004?

when did you get the RFE (RFE Notice Date. Not the date you got it in hand). just for information....

I'm sorry! RFE was dated 12/8/04. Currently, LUD for I485 shows the same date while I140 LUD is shown as 12/17/04

i got email saying that RFE notice has been sent, let see what they asking for...

RFE is for I-140 & I-485(spouse)
 
Finger prints for May or later

For some reason, not see many new finger prints ordered lately. Hopefully, we can see some of that action progressed to speed. Anybody want to guess why they stopped?
 
I believe TSC stopped issuing FPs regularly when concurrent memo became
effective(after Apr 30 2004).

I missed your info. What do you mean after april 30...... I saw lots people got FP notice after Sept.
 
Garol is right, we have seen some FP notices and approvals for petitions filed in May, June and even July
