As an asylee with PR, Can we send a sponcer latter to get VISI VISA or Student Visa?

Did any asylee with PR (Green card), issued an invitation (or gurantee latter or any any other type of sponcer latter) to get visa for close relatives to visit U.S.A.?

Or is it possible to send a supporting latter to get student visa for some one?

You can send whatever you want, but that will not guarantee that your friend and/or relative will get his/her visa.

It wont hurt to try.
