Article in Rediff - Misleading

There was an article posted in rediff.com about H1b issues. It was very misleading. Please post your opposition to rediff to avoid such articles in future.

Hmmm.... I can't digest the news,I think the one who wrote the article has to gain some knowledge about H1-b VISA before writing an article.
This is the second time i'm reading such a false article written on Rediff site.

I asked my Attorney he said there is no such rule..its totally wrong

This one line from the article is enough to judge the knowledge the writer has regarding H-1bs.

"India is one of the biggest beneficiaries of the H-IB visa programme, which is for a maximum period of three years."
