Arrested Issue , please help

I came here on F1 to nyc in sep 2002. and i still kept my status. i was ticketed for smoking in subway in june 2003 ..i sent the money order to clear off. then i was arrested in nov 2003 for shop lift . i was arrested and fingerprinted. court decides to pay 65 doller money order , 8 hr community service which i did all of it and 1 yr probation . for that time on.. everything went ok .. no prob at all

now the thing is i got married to green card holder in march 2005.. we didn't file anything .. but now she got her CZ feb 2006 yesterday. so she is going to file for me..

my prob is i don't have those paper works .. for arrest.. regarding the paper saying that i need to appear for 8 hr community service. 65 dollar money order and 1 yr probation .. nor the case number of it? i lost it at my old apartment .. i think it wwould b best to describe of what happened .. is it? if so. i dun have court certified disposition of the case.. how do i request for the court certified disposition without the case number .. ? are there any cases as such to request without the case number? please help me out. any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks to all

Your arrests were recent (i.e. in the last 5 years) and most records that recent are now stored in a database so you shouldn't have any problems going to the records clerk at the police dept who arrested you and giving them your drivers license and they will pull your case. Just make sure you completed all your restitution before you go and introduce yourself to the police

i had only one arrest for shoplift.. for smoking i was just tickected to pay the fine... regarding arrest. i was detained at one of the police dept. i dun remember which one but then was transferred to the court for decision at nyc .. on centre street. do u think i can get court certified disposition from there just by the date of arrest? i mean the court at centre street in nyc ?
