Arrested for DV/ plead to infraction(disturbance of peace)

This happened almost 5 years (2019). Was arrested for dv but released and eventually after completing anger management I was eventually charged with disturbance of noise. It will be 5 years in May 2024 (arrest) but the actual sentencing happened in Jan 2020 (not that it matters for n-400 but got it expunged later on). Should I have to wait till 2025 or can I apply in June 2024

Go ahead and apply no need to wait until 2025 ..do put the arrest on your Application and walk with a copy of the disposition and expungement on the day of your interview!

I have a similar situation, but the lawyer says wait till the date when 5 years are complete. I asked few others online (online lawyers and paid for the consultation) and they said the same thing.
