arrested for criminal sale of marijuana in the 5th

iam a resident alien of 32 years i have a few arrest but never convicted or pled guilty to anything. I am about to apply for my citizenship but I have one arressts that concerns me. I got arrested in 1997 for criminal sale of marijuana in the 5th. i got an ACD and it was dimissed and sealed. I want to put in on my n-400 application but when I got arrested I gave the cop a wrong name. The name on the disposition is not my name.I dont think that will look too good on my behalf. Can someone please help me
 
so you lied in the court under oath back in 1997. You were 17 or 18 when it happened? BTW, you are supposed to put ALL your arrests on N-400.

I would ask an experienced criminal and immigration attorney to get a good answer. No one on here will be able to tell you any good advise about your situation because they are not immigration lawyers and only share each others experiences with the uscis. If i may ask why did you give a false name in the first place? you could get in serious trouble for doing that if they find out some how you would be in big trouble.
 
Did that 1997 arrest happen before your green card was approved? If yes, did you reveal the incident to INS during your green card process, including the wrong name issue?
