arrested --but nolle prossed -- does it affect green card

hi,

i had been arrested on charges of domestic battery. on the first day of the court hearing the judge dismissed the case and nolle prosed my case. I got my records expunged.

I have an interview coming up and wanted to know do i even mention this as my records have been expunged . Does this affect by anyway my green card. This case was not against my wife but another girl whom I had dated.

The criminal lawyer had mentioned this will not affect my immigration but want to reconfirm.
All help will greatly appreciated and i am really tensed as i was falsly accused as she wanted revenge on me . Am i going to suffer for this.

Well, it has affected my citizenship and the IO want me to open the expunged records, and also get certified copies of the arrest records for making a decision in my case. I was disappointed and I came home as the women who I was married lied to the officers and I was arrested but she got away and now I am in this state. But, let us see, They can open the expunged records only for good cause, and I expunged it mainly because I was moving to another job and I did not want this to hamper my job. So, now I am going to open it back again and have been talking to my attorney and have to get all this done within 30 days. So, trying hard and very disappointed and depressed.
