Arrest with dropped charges

Hello Forum experts,
2 Years back I was arrested because my wife was mad at me and she called cops just to scare me. She did not know that they will arrest me.
I was kept in the jail that night.
Later she dropped the charges and I was released next day.

Things were not well since then and we decided to divorce with mutual agreement.

It's been 5 year since my Green Card and I was thinking of filing N-400.
Will there be a problem?
What should I mention in 15-21 questions.
Please advice
Thanks

You answer them truthfully:

15. Have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested? (can't tell from your description)

16. Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason? Yes
17. Have you ever been charged with committing any crime or offense? Yes - if you were actually charged, no if not
18. Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense? No

(the rest of the questions are pertinent given the information in your post).

Thanks for the quick response.
My wife was just mad at me.
She called 911 and said that I tried to push her by neck, just to scare me, whereas nothing like that happened.
She was in other room when cops arrested me.
She pleaded cops to not take me, but they still arrested me,
She dropped the charges because she was extremely sorry that it happened.

So, what should I mention in the "Why were you arrested..."
Is it considered "Domestic violence"?
Please advice again
Thanks
