Arrest Rocord and travel on Advance Parole

Hi - Has anyone travelled outside US with an arrest record (Not guilty) and came back on Advance Parole. I will appreciate if you can share experience. I have an arrest record for domestic violence (not guilty) and have a H1 visa (not stamped), but also have Advance Parole. I was wondering if I could face any problems while entering back in US on AP. I do not plan to get my H1 b stamped.
 
I travelled a twice and used AP both time..different ports of entry and no questions asked....my spouse travelled more than that without issues. Both with same DV case ...cases dismissed
