arrest record coul mean police report, because it will show if have been arreseted before, to be on the safe side u call the embassy anf ask

If you have an arrest record only then you bring the arrest records with you. If you have not been arrested or convicted of a crime, then you do not have to bring anything with you. However, if you do have an arrest record or were ever convicted of a crime, you need to consult an attorney and perhaps bring the attorney with you. You have to be very careful if you have any criminal conviction in your record.

Do convictions matter if they occured as a youth and you have already been accepted into the coutry on another Visa? i.e. L1 or H1
