Hi everyone.
I try to emmigrate from Romania to Canada,Quebec.The problem is,I have a arrested record in USA.INS arrested me for beeng found out of visa.I came back in Romania with voluntary departures order signed by immigration judge.That arrested shows on FBI RECORD.My question is Am I affected to emigrate in Quebec because the arrested record?
Another question is For how long time I am not alowed to go back in USA?
And one more think.When I left USA I didn't pay my credit card.I will have any problems in future?
I been living in USA between 2001-2004.

-- It should not, since it is just a visa overstaY (Violation) and not a serious crime

Another question is For how long time I am not alowed to go back in USA?
-- depends on how long you stayed there after your authorized period of stay got over. If less than 6 months, you cannot enter US for 3 years. If you overstayed more than 1 year, then you have a 10 yr bar!

And one more think.When I left USA I didn't pay my credit card.I will have any problems in future?

-- Most likely, not in Canada, since you will build a fresh credit history based on your SIN number (and not the SSN). But if you ever go to the US, you may land up in s**t, depending on how much your credit card due was.
 
I spent 3 years in USA so,I think is 10 year bar.
My credit card was 9.000 $.
