On 2001 I had arrested, one of the labor department inspector came to my factory inspector worker’s time records. I got an argument with her and accidentally I broke the light not intentionally without hurting her, then she insisted to call the police. I got handcuff, brought to police station did finger print and stayed over night until next morning then released. After few days went to the court at downtown New York City and the judge plenty me $60 and clean the street for two days. Unfortunately I lost all the court paper.

How does arguing with a Labor Inspect result in a broken glass? Do you mean that you punched the glass in frustration? Since you were arrested and detailed, it will be worthy mentioning it in the application. Go to the court in which you were sentenced to a hard labor of street cleaning, court clerk should be able to issue you original copies of the documentation which you need to take to the immigration for the GC. No need to worry about anything, I hope you aren't breaking any more glasses...:)

Yes, answer all questions because if it is not answered, will create suspicion and firework at the interview. Since you committed the crime and did the time, why try to conceal it? Be upfront and it will serve you very well. :D

Whenever you have any criminal charge, you would be best consulting with an attorney to assist in proper filing. He will assist you with having the necessary documents.
