Early 2003 Folks,
Finally my GC was approved yesterday (03/14/05). I got emails today morning saying that 485 applications were approved for me and my wife. See below for my details.
My lawyer sent expedite reqeusts for me and for my wife applications end of January. The expedite request for my wife's appl is denied and no response for my request.
I hope you all get yours soon.

PD: August 2001, EB2
RD: March 24, 2003
ND: April 02, 2003
FP1: May 2003, FP2: Sep 10, 2004
3 EADs and 2 FPs
No RFEs anytime.

Another April 2003 case approved

My April 2003 case has been approved too (details are in the signature). Looks like they are starting to process April 2003 cases in earnest! Good luck to those who are still waiting for approval.
 
I have applied I-140 Oct/20024 and approved Feb 2nd week
I have applied I-485 Dec/2004 and got EAD/AP approved-Jan/2005
Got finger printing 3 weeks back done !

today i saw my LUD for I-485 has been changed but no new message.!
My PD: March 2002 /EB3 at VSC and As per my April bullutin my PD is current??

Do you guys think I can get my -1485 APPROVED in two or 3 days??/,Seems like they are looking at my application from yesterday??? :confused:

Gurus...Please help !!

Can I ask did you see the LUd change before you got approve?
You said your lawyer sent the expediate request and have been denied and you sent expediate request and no response. is that correct?
Have you heared about you name check information?
