Arlington, Virginia Interview timeline after Submitting the application

Can someone post their experience of receiving the interview letter after submitting thier N-400 application. I submitted my application in Jan 2003 and finger printed in March,2003. How long it may take to receive the Interview in Arlington area.

did u apply in arlington, virginia area. please post your time line. when i talk to a lawyer, he told me that total process will take only 1 year.

I received my Interview letter in the mail today. The interview is on 11/5/03. Can someone confirm what extra documents are needed during the interview process. Can I expect the Oath on the same day or will it be scheduled after the interview.

varma123 - when (exact date) did you give your fingerprints? I have applied with a OD date of end-of Feb 2003 and fingerprinted end-of March.

i did not ask for a name change BUT:

my green card does not have my middle name and my N-400 does, though I did not state anywhere that I want a name change.

when (exact date) is your priority date? and where did you go for FP? i had to go all the way down Rt. 1 South to their new center.
