Just finished passport stamping this morning using courtesy copy.
I was at ins office at around 6.45 out by 8.50
documents asked
1) approval letter 2) adit stylle photos 3) i-94
4) ead cards
waited for 1 hour to get inside and then again in line for token for another 30 min and 20 min for number to be called , stamping process took about 10 min.
Tips for people going there
1) No need to go early, i would say go there at about 8.15 or so that way you will avoid standing outside before office opens
2) people going for stamping get token number starting with letter F. average wait time after getting token is 5 - 20 min
3) No need to worry about parking, plenty of parking garages within 3-4 blocks distance. the one next to ins office opens at 7 am
4) if you take metro, you need to take orange line to ballston and ins office is 2 blocks frommetro
