I live in Prince William County, Virginia. I was just wondering if I need to go the Arlington or Norfolk branch. I would prefer Arlington since it's very close to where I live. If someone living in virginia has completed his/her registration at the Arlington Office, please let me know. Also, what time in the morning you need to go to the INS office for the registration? is there a separate line for the ones goin' for registration?
