But yes you can get the EAD personally from Arlington Office. You can surely get it if its been more than 90 days of your application to VSC. You can also apply for EAD (through mail) at the Arlington office and after approval they will send you a letter indication a day when you can go and pick it up. Just keep in mind that Arlington Office issues EADs only on wednesdays.
