Aren\'t IIOs supposed to give info about your case?

Hi folks,

Last week, on May 29th I talked to an IIO and he told me that my case is in adjudication. Yesterday, I called VSC again to inform about an address change and asked an IIO about the status of my case and he told me that he cannot give any info regarding my case. I told him that last week when I called VSC another IIO gave me information about my case. His answer was that he was not supposed to do so according to the regulations.

Well, I guess each IIO has his/her own VSC regulation. *8(

Wait wait wait... *Sigh*

It happened to me one time. It seems that they would have mailed you some information, like approval or something. The IIO seems to doubt you as some other person not the actual person who is calling about the case. Check your lawyer.

Thanks desktop.

I hope it is like what you said.

But if he is suspicious about me, why is he doing the address change then?
