Hey friends,
I filed my 485 in dec 01 & got my EAD last April. I know technically I can leave the job after 180 days but some of my friends told that there are issues like:
1. You need to have same salary mentioned in your labour of GC
2. You need to have same designation....
How true are these. Secondly other thing is I should be also preferably in California if I am planning to change. Other states can create problems. Is it ?
I dont want to change but I know I might be fired in a month so I am preparing myself as I know the way INS is working its not gonna come anyway.
I dont know how many people face an interview for GC but my friends told me if there is no INS interview or RFE then there is nothing to worry,.......
Pls share your expereinces as I know this issue is HOT
