My 2 cents
I am not spreading rumors and this is just my opinion. I think VSC won\'t go into July until the end of March. The reason is that they still have a lot of pre-July cases pending and also March is the last month of the first half of the fiscal year and I guess VSC is planning to clean up the pre-July cases in one month

If VSC really processes 3-month batches
then I guess mid March would be a safe guess of the start of the 7/8/9 cases. At least I won\'t be too disppointed if there\'s no July case approved tomorrow.
Just FYI, I talked with an IIO yesterday and learned that my case hadn\'t been assigned to an officer yet. My RD is 7/6/01. And according to other posts on this board, it will take about 1 to 3 weeks to approve after the assignment if everything goes on smoothly.
