People who waited for I-140 for over 12 months:

I checked 2001,2002 & 2003 processing time, it doesn't take that long get 140 approved. Why it suddenly slows down in 2004? Are we being cursed?
 
NSC slowed down I-140 processing since June 2004. Well, the reasons for unknown for complete slow down. The question is when will NSC they accelerate ? How long we have to wait ?

Couple of reasons for NSC slowing down:

Couple of reasons for NSC slowing down:
1. NSC shifted to new location.
2. Because of FO memo.
3. Resource crunch- NSC is smaller office and adjudicates I-485 that are not not processed by other service centers.

Ofcourse these doesn't give excuses for NSC to slow down processing. Hope 2005 brings in faster approvals to all.
