Are we satisfied with NSC progress?

Since the new fiscal year started, NSC has made a progress from walking backward to slowing moving forward. However, the pace is very slow, and at this rate, they will only generate more backlog. It seems that last month's backlog petition fell into deaf ears. I suggest we follow up with that petition. We should write a letter to them and let them know that we are not satisfied with their progress. And they should at least respond to our petition. More importantly we as a community should keep making noises through whatever channel available to us. Otherwise we will be totally ignored.
 
Yes, I am with you and if with everyones apporval we can ask Rajiv to send a petition on our behalf...otherwise there is just no use of sitting like ducks...really its too frustrating...
