Are we Safe? - July EB unavailable - Approval notice sent but no cards ordered yet

Many of us received 'Approval notice sent' emails on June 28 and June 29.
Afterwards, we haven't received any emails saying card production ordered or card mailed.

With July VB saying all EB unavailable, are we safe?

YES - Don't worry

We will continue to see more approvals - cases are allocated a visa # a while before actually being approved - so we will see approvals trickling for the next few days (or weeks !)
