We all know that 485 process is delayed with one or other damn excuses being put out by CSC. INS CSC thinks "enough is enough" for EB based GC cases.
Most of the people who applied during Aug - Dec 2001 have been living in this country for last 4-6 years. We just hang in to our jobs. Lot of us get nagged, harrassed, made to work overtime, paid less at work places. Well this means denied an opportunity to grow and move in life. Do you know our fricking pains. Do you Mr. INS?? Do you know that you are resorting to slavery by tying down our fates. Well we choose to live in America. For good or bad. That is the way your forefathers also came here and made a living. That is the way we are choosing now. What are getting out of it, by slowing down the process. !!! There are only few of. How much 2000-3000 cases since you decided "enough is enough".
DON'T give me your f**king crappy excuse saying that you do not have resource to process our cases. 1-2 years back when there 3-4 times more cases than these, you did the process 485s in 3-6 months. Oh I know, unemployment. That is your excuse now to slow it down.
Most of us are doing a job, which we still hang on to, inspite of weak market economy. So do you think you can shake us out with your little gimmicks. May be. We all know that you may be processing Family based cases. But most of us
will hang in there. And we will survive. Down the line in another 20-30 years we will get a chance to tell our stories. Yeah ! About the slavery you are commiting now. We will talk then.
