Are we allowed to fax ? - Please clarify.

[INS Nightmare]

I called IIO regarding my long H1b extn pending..
She said she cannot discuss with me
Is there a way I could register my grievance with INS thru fax ?
My company is saying they are trying to get help from AILA to find status.
what does that mean ?

I never heard of a company getting help from AILA but you can certainly send a fax to INS to find out the status.
