Guys,
Some of my friends were hoping that VSC might process already filed cases even if their priority dates are past the retrogression dates. I have not seen any approvals for last 3 days. Is it safe to make an assumption that they are ROYALLY SCREWED

Shakti,,, lets hope for the best... I saw couple of approvals whose PD is in Jan 2002 in ruupnet. We are not seeing many approvals who PD > jan 02. So lets hope for the best.

Maana salla Munna Bhai kaffi dair sein Line mein nahi kadda hai par.. BC jou
mere sath hua hai woh bahut bura hua..! USCIS nein mere case mein ungal dee dee kar.. mere tou Poorey december lee kar rakhi aur uskey baad kya milla...

Lagg gayee baap mere tou sahi mein lagg gayee.. Itna tarsa tarsa kein marra hai BC kein kya bataayee..

Retrogess kein date sein pahley jattey jattey bhie BC koiyee Ungal Karke gaya mere case mein tou .. LUD sari kahaani batata hai baaap

Thats really a very good news !!!!!!!!!!!
Now the questions is the authenticity of the information.
I think LIN means that the case was from some other service center but i am not sure about it.
 
Looks like this guy has made a typo for the PD. It shows PD 11/27/2002 and RD 11/27/2002.

Thats not possible. His 485 RD is 11/27/2002 not his labor PD.

Sorry if I dashed anybody's 'false' hopes.

Maybe he does not even know what PD means. So he must have enterted RD as RD and PD
 
Priority Date

We should atleast see 3 approvals from Vermont for EB3 India PD>Jan2002 cases to start building hopes.

We dont see that in another 1-2 days, I guess we are SCREWED
