since no one answered my question in the other forum i'm hoping someone can here. since we are all in this one due to applying for a GC under the family based i'm hoping you can help. since everyone has heard about the retrogression...
-does the retrogression affect us if we are born in India or China? we are not under the EB2 or EB3 catagory but F1,F2,F3,F4 catagories. will the F4 under family be slowed down for India and China? i mean its a long enough wait to begin with but will they slow it down more?
