Are TSC cases being transferred to other Service Centers?

maybe it's just for FP. My wife filled 485/ap/ead with me on 4/8/03 and got her finger print appointment a couple of days ago from CSC since she used her school address in California.

Don't know if that helps. I am happy for her, just frustrated when I cannot get mine, TSC... sigh.
