I spoke to IIO on 02/14/02, she said my file is reviewed but waiting for approval. It will take 30 to 60 days.

Same thing. "Case is under final review. Expect to hear in about 30 days". Does it mean that Apr, May Jun cases which got approved are special???
 
Only 3 March filers are remaining ??

My lawyer told that he would tell his clerk to check the status whenever the clerk gets through INS. I don\'t know how true he is. I have no idea if any clerk from lawyer\'s office physically visits INS.
Let us see.

I am still wiating with March RD and ND 3/9/2001 and 3/16/2001 respectively.

It seems to me there are quite few people remaining for files in March of 2001.

It is very hard for me to believe that these cases are in the slow-paced officer\'s hands. I am wondering what\'s differences between these cases and those cases that get approved swiftly.
 
yes, the IIO said that the case is going to be futher reviewed. I am wondering what it means.
