Are there anyone got I 485 rejected and Apply H1 again ??
My Company Says I dont have to go for H1 renewal If I have EAD ?
Can I get new H1 if I485 denied while I am in US ? If so in what status I will be while applying for H1 ?
Is the process will be same as a fresh H1 or is it faster since I was in H1 status before?
