Are there any "Unemployment benifits to GC holders", who worked hourly bases in the past job?
Also any idea on Unemployment compensation in CA?

It does not matter how you worked.
Did you get W-2 or 1099 i.e were you incorporated?

If you got W-2, you have paid SUI and u can ask your company to say
you were employee.
If you had incorporated, then it maybe difficult.
If you had paid SUI, try applying and offer to close the company.

I got W-2.
I didn\'t see SUI paid ( I saw SDI was paid ) in W-2. Could you pl point me where can I find "SUI paid" in W-2 form?
