Are there any Sierra Leone Winners for DV2009?

Another issue I need answering is in regards to my circumstances as a British (therefore ineligibile on those gorunds) but parents born in an eligible country (Sierra Leone). I always think that each time I try and fail that this could be a reason why I have not been accepted (most probrably paranoia, I guess). The question is, has anyone else been in a similar predicament and won? :)Thanks
 
I was born in Sierra Leone and I am also a British citizen. I am a DV 2008 Winner and I am awaiting my interview.
Sisu, if you read the DV instructions you will notice that it says you can claim citizenship from one of your parents if you were not born in an eligible country. "If you were born in a country whose natives are ineligible, but neither of your parents was born there or resided there at the time of your birth, you may claim nativity in one of your parents’ country of birth if it is a country whose natives qualify for the DV-2009 program." I hope this helps.
