Hi Double_jeopardy ,

I am in the same boat. RD/ND: 25-Jan-2002,
Lin 0209452XXX. Did my FP in 6/20/2002. Status has not changed. No even FP received. My H-1B expires on 10/29/2003. Will wait till 10/15 to apply for the 7th year extension. Do keep us posted when you get an update on your case and I will do the same. Can just wait cannot do anything. My laywer says the word for NSC is SLOW.... Thinks it is news for me !!!!!
