Are there any EB3 India approvals recently for ND > 4/1/2000 ?

I have not seen an EB3 India case approved recently, especially not for ND after 4/00. Most of the recent approvals are EB2, ND 9/00-10/00, or EB3 9/99-11/99, and there are a few other scattered cases also being approved. Did anyone else notice this trend?

I see the following trends in the processing based on immitracker data:

Cases between 8/99 and 3/00 are being approved, a lot of name change cases and PD finally current cases are finally getting processed. This is true for all EB1/2/3 categories.

For ND after 4/00, recently mostly EB2 9/00-10/00 cases are getting approved. A few weeks ago some EB3-OTHER 7/00 cases were getting processed, but I have not seen an EB3-INDIA approval in a long time.

But the EB3-INDIA sample on immitracker is very small, there are only 35 cases out there so it\'s hard to tell.

EB3 was not current in 2000

EB3 for India had retrogressed to Feb \'97 between April -Dec 2000.Hence all the approvals you see are in EB-2
