Are there any chances that BCIS will start approving DEC_JAN 485 cases???

Hi all,

I have not seen these days any cases approved whose ND lies in the range between DEC_JAN,02.

gc_cal i think there are still 50% nov cases that are still waiting....
it will take some time for them to get through those first before they think about dec jan cases...at the rate they are going i think another 6 months before we see any real serious activity on dec jan cases
 
To be exact, around 3500ish Nov. cases are left, and a few before that. We are going @ around 20-40 approvals a day .. udothemath.
 
There are actually some activities for case around Jan, Feb and after, if you read Kirshme's report, the problem is they are processing in an erractic manner, some 02-200 and after were even get approved. if i ma wrong in this correct me.
 
I am nov 19 case .. 3 days away from current JIT

My nd is nov 19. 3 days away from current jit. I am not hopeful for another 6 months. I can't explain in words how frustrated I am.
 
It would be easier to predict a Lotto number than the timeframe . Anything can happen they may drop the 3500 ish Nov cases and start doing Dec/Jan. They may improve the speed from 30-40 a day to 100 or so. They may freeze. So in short it could take anywhere from 1-2 months to 1 year . Nobody knows how they will go.But gear up for atleast 4-5 months if you are a Dec/Jan case thats what it looks like now. God save the Feb/Mar and beyond guys .. But hey with BCIS u never know who gets out first.

We all understand each others frustrations, but dont know when INS guys will understand our situations..

We are away from our home country and doing here lot of hard work, but what we get in return is just frustration, job insecurity..

INS is approving cases of MARCH_April, but they are not approving cases with ND of NOV-DEC.

Dont know why every problem in USA just affects CSC center only, why there is no affect on VSC..
VSC is approving cases of JAn end.. Right now, I have lost all the hopes of getting gc this year.
