Are the NSC I-140 processing dates real?

Hi,
I filed my EB1-EA on 6th March 2007 at NSC. Since then, no updates on my case. I haven't even seen a soft LUD. As the NSC shows that they are processing the cases filed on April 6th 2007, I contacted my attorney for opening a service request. But he clearly told me that the processing dates are not correct and it will be corrected soon. Do any of you have an idea about this? Are the I140 processing dates shown by NSC real?

NSC Processing Dates

How far the info they have given is correct is rather doubtful or maybe they are lagging behind on mailing the application. Our attorney put in a service request only because our case has passed 60 days and no reply. No reply even for service request or no approval.
I 140 EB3 RD 6th feb 2007.
So hang in there and keep following it up with attorney. TSC dates also are June 07for all categories.
Please people post approvals as of feb 2007 if any for EB3.
 
My attorney put in a service request without telling me. If she had asked me, I would have told her not to, since the dates are very clearly not accurate. They seem to be still processing late 2006 cases right now.
