Are senators better than congressmen?

Does uscis offer better help when contacted by a senator than a congressman? Is it worth contacting a senator when a congressman is already trying to help?

So far I have only contacted my congressman, and she has been very helpful and told me that uscis is aware of my case and the approaching deadline, so I don't understand why no interview yet. Last time my congressman heard from uscis was last Monday when they told her they had requested my package.

I talked to her today and she said she will try to talk to them again.

I had another infopass today (3rd this month) and the lady didn't even know about the diversity visa.

I am thinking of contacting the senator's office but I am wondering if they won't be talking to same person at uscis that my congressman is talking.
I want uscis to go fast but at the same time I am a little worried of making them mad if I have too many people asking them questions....

What do you think?

Thanks!!!!

The senator's office might have more power in solving these issues, but they might not have as much time to deal with it. While, according to you, the congressman's caseworker has been very helpful. I think, it's good to stick with her and stay on top of things.
Good luck!
