HI all,
Am going to file I-485 this week at CSC.
Also my current project assignment is to end on April 30 th
and my employer who petitioned my I-140 is looking for a
project for me.If I am on bench after April it is not
likely that they woulf pay me.
2 questions.
Are salary slips absolutely neccassary or are W-2 forms fine if there is
an RFE.
If salary slips are neccesay will ask my employer to deduct some
amount for each month and give me a salary slips for May and June.
In July the compnay people have promised a bonus. I will ask them
to split the bonus into some salary periods so that I remain on their pay
rolls.
Also how many mths is it taking from RD for approvals ?
2. If my wife starts working on EAD will I also loose H1-B status?
3. Is CSC ok if I change employer after 180 days ? heard some confusion
of CSC regarding AC21 laws?
