got the EAD after 1 yr after filing for I485
switched employers

am concerned abt the Approval process now !
any good attorneys guys - plz recommend

my case is straight forward, but just wanna
go with some good one for piece of mind !

Never expected such questions from such a confident UserID.. Or should you add Isit to ur userID ??
If your employment is in a similar occupation with similar duties as labor certification, you should just provide the employment letter from ur current employer for RFE and that should suffice.

i appreciate it more than you can imagine.

the situation is a little twisted because,
all my documents are with my first employer
& first lawyer who refuse to give any !

any new lawyer I am talking to ask for
the JOB DESCRIPTION from labor certification.
( i do not have copies of I140 & ETA 750 A&B )


I am coming up with something from my memory !
please comment !
