Are NSC 485 filers getting approved

I have not seen much 485 approval declarations here!
- Whats the reason?
- Is there a slowdown in the approval of 485 from NSC?
- Are those getting approved not posting?
If NSC has assembled a team to adjudicate the 140 and 485 concurrently and if pre-Sept 2003 140 filers have all got approved, then NSC team should be working only on the year 2002 485 cases in order to reduce the backlog and according to FIFO. However it is suprising that I do not see much 2002 activity too. WHAT R THEY DOING THEN? Working on year 2004, 140 unskilled cases?

based on www.immigrationwatch.com during the month of May they have approved 325 I-485 cases. We should have better understanding on what are they doing there in a couple of days, when they update their June 04 counts. I have the same feeling, it looks like they haven't been approving many cases, however I've seen quite a few FP2's and RFE's posted here in our forum. Maybe they are preparing cases, and we will see a wave of approvals soon??????
