Are ND 8/1-15/99 cases the oldest cases?

I have seen so many ND Aug - Sept 99 cases approved but do not any before-Aug cases posting. Also, there are a group ND 8/1-15/99 cases waiting (including myself). Are those cases the oldest? Are there still June - July cases waiting?

My ND is 8/4/99 and still waiting. Looks like we are forgotten by INS.

Hi VSC16506, I know atleast 30-40 guys with ND between May-1999 and Jul-1999 still have not gotten the approval yet.
