Are Mar 03 485 filed EB3 cases impacted by retrogression?

Hi all,

I filed my 485 in MARCH 2003 and waiting.. Mine is an LC case (EB3) and my 140 got approved in JAN 2003. I am on EAD and did my 2nd FP in DEC 2004 (1st FP in May 2003).

I called INS service center and they mentioned they are processing Aug 2002 cases, but I notice many mid and end 2003 485 cases getting approved.
Are I485 filed EB3 cases filed in MARCH 2003 impacted by retrogression?

Well retrogression has to do with priority date and not the applying date. So what is your PD?? I am not familiar with LC substitute cases so I am not able to figure out your PD from the given data.

Thanks Coolchap! My PD is 8/28/2001 (LC filing date and EB3 Non-concurrent). I had my FP2 done on Dec 9, 2004 and result was sent to CIS on the same day. No change in LUD since 2003. I noticed EB3 concurrent cases getting approved faster than Nonconcurrent cases. Any reason?
