Are Jan 2002 ND waiters cursed ???

Guys,

I notice that most of the Jan 2002 waiters (& late december) have:

1. Huge number of NOV 2001 appliers (as many as 5000 in Nov) and they are delayed a lot .. So close yet so far ..

2. Their First FP has expired, so they dont have a chance to get 485 approval before second FP ..

3. They are not randomly prioritized (like April 2002 ones), because they are not lucky ..

my friend, there are a lot of people in your boat and this problem is not limited to Jan 2002 waiters only.
 
even though i am a Jan 2002 case, i still feel Ok when I compare myself to the many Wac-01 cases that are still pending. Then if you look at the guys in the 040 series and see there has hardly been any approvals u should feel happy that the INS has not touched our cases still !!!:D
 
Ok if you are cursed, look at my situation,

a) My lawyer misplaced my application, I lost 4 months there.
b) My lawyer was lazy to file my 485 or it would have been filed in september.
c) When it did get filed, right until the end of wac-01 is people who got approved fast, and then soon as it reached me, SCREEEEEEEEEECHHHHHHHH. I'm stuck like doggie dick in this eternal 485 wait.
d) My FP is expired, so same as you.
e) My emails/faxes are unanswered.
f) People who filed after me, are getting approved.

So .. feel unlucky anymore?
 
good point, Silly Man.
Take it easy, eventually, keep renewing your EAD (or H1B) on time and hold on to your job with all your teeth and claws :D
 
SM, did you get your FP-redo notice yet?
I think we should re-do FP expiring poll that gettingcloser (I think) did sometime back.
 
No I haven't done the FP redo yet. As per scanners, INS isn't concentrating at all on sending 2nd fps' .. a very very small percentage of people have gotten FPs. It almost seems that they send a 2nd fp only when they pick a case up.

I have stopped praying for myself now. Nowadays I sincerely pray that Silly man and others ,who are the stumbling block becuase they are ahead of me, get the GC TODAY so that can get it TOMORROW :-)))
 
Thanks dumbo, in my prayers too, I ask for fairness, and hope people before me get thier gc before people after me.

I think about people like SM and others in WAC01 XX who are still waiting .. to feel better ..

Ok it's good to know that I am in everyone's prayers .. people who like me because they like me, and people who are sick of me and would like to see me get off this board :D:D
 
i can understand

My PD is Aug 1998 and my I-140 approved Jan 3 2001 and PD was not current. Consulting company that I worked for did not want to file 485 as I was generating tons of revenue and finally after a threat to quit and a threat to terminate the contract from the client ( I had a good rapport with my manager on the client site), they filed in Dec 01.

Threatened ?? Who was that idiot feared at your threats ?:D:D as if there is no body who can do what you are doing ..
