Hey Folks,
Not mention , my employer is acting little wierd lately. It's been past 5 months he is not giving paychecks on a regular basis. We are suppose to get paychecks on 8th. But he is running the paychecks on 25th or 26th of the month . He did't run my paycheck for one month in feb 04 when i was on vacation. So my question is if i get an RFE, are these dates on the paycheck is going to be a problem ?. what's the role of paycheck run dates on the approval process if i get an RFE. Any feedback is helpful. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have never heard about anyone getting into any trouble for irregular paychecks, there are people who had gaps in their paychecks and also were out of job for months, and still got their 485 approved.

Most RFEs are for Employment Verification Letter i.e. a letter from a company saying that they intend to employ you as per the conditions in the labor certificate once your 485 is approved.

In some cases they have asked for pay stubs but they are mostly last two pay stubs. I wouldn't be very much worried about this.

Thank you guju

Thank you guju for your response. Thats a relief . I am little bit worried. Since they are approving even Dec 2002. I am expecting 2003 cases will start coming into picture in a month or so. That's what sixth sense says. But we know about ins . so nothing sure. well thanks anyway for the response.
