No, fingerprinting is associated with I-485 application and EAD online renewal.
Fee
I am getting confused with the fee to file for Parole.
My 485 was applied(Received date-July21,Notice date Aug26,2007) last year.Fingerprinting was done in November 2007.
My initial AP was considered as a lost document as I never received it. Now I am applying again for Parol. What should be the fee. DO I have to give the Finger printing fee as well.
The form says $ 305 + $80(biometric fee) = $385.00 for parol

The biometric fee is required during I-131 application when it is used as refugee travel document or re-entry permit only. Filing AP based on an employment based GC application is not under the above categories. By the way, fingerprinting is necessary only if you e-file the Advanced Parole application.
