Someone noted on Trackitt that EB1 Rest of the world get greencards faster than India and China.
I looked at the recent approvals and found that very few EB1s are from India or China. The ROW that were approved had less wait times for I485 compared to Indians and Chinese.
Anyone has experienced the same and is there any logic to this?
Because if the dates are current for all in EB1, then the system should be fast for everyone?
