eBook Division'. There is a checklist with 16 items for the application. Does any one know if all these documents are required? For example, 1) Copy of birth certificates for all children of petitioner and beneficiary. I am the alien spouse without children, so I don't need to provide anything about this. My spouse has 2 chirlder under 21 and don't live with us. Do we still need to provide the birth of certificates for them. 2) Copy of birth certificates for beneficiary. I am from China and don't have a birth certificate, but I have a passport with date of birth and place of birth on it. Is it OK for application? 3) Letter from Petitioner's employer and letter from Petitioner's bank. Are these required? If they are, what kind of information should cover in those letters?
