Are 45 day letters sent to Employer, Attorney or Alien?

PLEASE REPLY: Are 45 day letters sent to Employer, Attorney or Alien?

My home address has changed since my Labor Cert. has been filed, and I have not yet received my 45 day letter.

(i) To which of the three addresses (Employer, Attorney, Alien) is the 45 day letter being sent?

(ii) Does the 45 day letter response provide an option to update addresses?

My attorney said I should not worry for now and that he will receive the 45 day letter.

What are your experiences. Thanks.

Its not the Alien for sure.
While filing they can opt for either the employer or the Attorney for the point of contact ..but never the Alien

Really strange things happen with 45 day letters.

In some cases they send both to attorney and empoyer.
In some cases to attorney only
In some cases to employer only
In some cases they send them to nobody and think that they have sent to employer and attorney and in 45 days they close the case.

They never send them to alien.
